    By accessing or using image2pdf.ink, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be able to enter into this agreement in your location.

    Use of the Service

    • You may process only files you own or are authorized to use.
    • You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or sharing them.
    • Do not use the service to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy, or security.
    • Do not interfere with the site, distribute malware, or attempt to overload its delivery infrastructure.

    Local processing and privacy

    Document processing occurs in your browser; we do not upload your files to a file-processing server. Website delivery and advertising involve separate data processing described in our Privacy Policy.

    Availability and outputs

    We may change, suspend, or discontinue features without notice. Conversion, OCR, compression, signatures, encryption, summaries, and other outputs can contain errors or be incompatible with some software. Keep an original copy and verify important documents independently.

    Disclaimer of warranties

    To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on the site is legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

    Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, image2pdf.ink and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of files, data, profits, or business arising from use of or inability to use the site. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

    Intellectual property

    You retain rights in files you process. The site design, original text, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party libraries remain subject to their respective licenses.
